We're building our community before anything else. You'll be the person who makes women want to be in the room.

About MXYD

MXYD (Made Exactly For You, Daily) is a Bengaluru wellness brand built for Indian women 35+. The wellness industry mostly ignores this stage of life or talks down to it. We don't. The women we build for know who they are more clearly than ever, and they want more from life, not less. Our voice is a woman's voice: sexy, fun, cool and empowering.

What you'll do

- Run our events end to end: venues, guest lists, speakers, run-of-show, on-ground hosting and follow-up. Make every event feel like the place to be.
- Grow and look after the community. Run our WhatsApp community, welcome recent members, keep conversations going and make every woman feel seen.
- Turn members into regulars through classes, meetups, packages and members-only moments, and track who keeps showing up.
- Build partnerships with experts, coaches, doctors, fitness communities and venues, and manage those relationships.
- Feed the content engine. Work with social and content so events and member stories become content.

- Listen and report back. Share what members say and need every week, and track attendance, growth and repeat rates.

Who you are

- You're excited to build for women. You're the friend who knows everyone and makes introductions without being asked.
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in community, events, hospitality or partnerships. Wellness, fitness or women-led communities are a plus.
- You're warm and confident in a room, and just as good on WhatsApp.
- You're self-motivated and follow up without being chased.
- You're organised enough to run an event on a Saturday and send the recap by Monday.
- You're available for evening and weekend events.
