Role Description

Job Title: Commercial Operations Executive

Work Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Operations Executive to manage day-to-day commercial operations across both our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review GRNs, identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
- Maintain and update PO trackers.
- Verify purchase orders and generate sales invoices accurately.
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
- Share purchase and sales data with the accounts team.
- Raise debit notes and track commercial deductions.




- Coordinate with channel partners to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Work with the accounts team to prepare monthly MIS reports.
- Verify invoices and commercial deductions against agreed terms.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate documentation and closure of pending issues.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in commercial operations, sales operations, accounts coordination or a related role.
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of POs, GRNs, invoicing, debit notes and payment reconciliation.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently follow up, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, e-commerce or quick-commerce operations is preferred.
