Role Description The Collections Agent role at GETLUX is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will make outgoing and receive incoming calls to customers regarding overdue accounts, reminding them of payment obligations and negotiating suitable payment arrangements. They will accurately record call outcomes, update account information, and coordinate with field collection teams when needed.

The Collections

Agent will handle customer queries, provide clear explanations of payment terms, and escalate complex cases to supervisors as appropriate. This role also involves adhering to all compliance and regulatory guidelines,



meeting daily and monthly collection targets, and contributing to a professional and respectful customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage overdue accounts effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle calls professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Finance to interpret account details, repayment structures, and billing information accurately.
- Candidates should possess positive data entry and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in recording call actions and payment statuses.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work in a target-driven environment, strong time management, and resilience when dealing with challenging conversations.
- Prior experience in collections, telecalling, banking, NBFCs, or financial services is an advantage.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in commerce, finance, or related fields is preferred.
- Comfort with using CRM tools or collection software and basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Working knowledge of English and local languages commonly used in Bengaluru is beneficial.
