As a Collection Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited in the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. Your primary focus will be on managing customer collections, providing excellent service, and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. This role requires a proactive and customer-centric approach, ensuring timely and effective collection processes.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to collection-related queries.
- Manage and track customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Initiate and maintain regular communication with customers to discuss payment plans and collection progress.
- Negotiate and resolve payment disputes or issues, finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of collection activities.
- Implement effective collection strategies and techniques to maximize recovery rates.




- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collection management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer data.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on collection performance.

Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or collection role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new collection strategies and technologies.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles is an asset.
