Role Description The Co-Founder COO role is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution, and building efficient processes across the organization. The Co-Founder COO will collaborate closely with founder to define growth plans, manage budgets, and develop operational frameworks for product and service delivery in farm mechanization.

Day-to-day activities include managing cross-functional teams, tracking performance metrics, driving sales and marketing initiatives,



and optimizing resource allocation. The role also involves engaging with farmers, partners, and vendors, refining offerings based on market feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess operational performance, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, preferably in agriculture, rural markets, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in conducting market and customer research to identify opportunities, refine offerings, and support strategic planning.
- Prior leadership experience in operations, business management, or startup environments, with a track record of building and scaling teams.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in agriculture, farm mechanization, or rural development is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, travel as needed, and build relationships with farmers, partners, and local stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background in business, operations, engineering, agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
