Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients and prospective customers.
- Explain services, fees, filing procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and support client onboarding.
- Collect documents and coordinate with the tax preparation team.
- Explain tax calculations and guide clients through the next steps.
- Maintain accurate client records and confidentiality.
- Achieve assigned service and follow-up targets.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal,



and listening skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; experience in customer support, US voice processes, or sales is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of email and MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn US taxation concepts and work night shifts.
