What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their clinical expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide the development of innovative solutions tailored to healthcare and clinical research needs. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical data workflows, regulatory standards, and data-driven decision-making in the healthcare domain.

Qualifications:

- Advanced degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Clinical Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with clinical data in roles such as Clinical Data Manager, Research Scientist, or Healthcare Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM, ADaM) and healthcare terminologies (e.g., SNOMED CT,



LOINC, ICD).
- Experience in developing or supporting technology solutions in the healthcare or clinical research domain.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between clinical and technical teams.
- Strong communication skills to present complex clinical concepts to non-clinical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the go-to expert for clinical data insights, providing guidance to teams on best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with product development, analytics, and engineering teams to design and build healthcare solutions that meet clinical and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse and interpret clinical datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for solution enhancement.
- Contribute to the creation of detailed documentation, including clinical data models, workflows, and solution design blueprints.
- Stay updated on industry standards, such as CDISC, HL7, or FDA guidelines, and ensure compliance in all solution designs.
- Train and mentor internal teams on clinical data concepts, ensuring alignment between clinical and technical perspectives.
- Participate in stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights for development.

Valuable to have:

- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as SAS, R, or Python.
- Knowledge of clinical trial management systems (CTMS) or electronic data capture (EDC) systems. • Experience with real-world evidence (RWE) and healthcare data analytics.
