Role Description The Client Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for supporting creators and brand partners, handling client inquiries, and ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing account management. The role involves responding to support tickets, managing communication across channels, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and tracking client requests to completion.

The Client Services

Representative also supports campaign execution, monitors client satisfaction, escalates complex concerns when needed,



and contributes feedback to improve processes and the overall client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, support accounts, and maintain positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with creators, brand partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction to understand client needs, follow up proactively, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Candidates should possess basic Finance understanding to interpret invoices, assist with payment-related queries, and support revenue-related processes.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in a client-facing or support role, familiarity with digital marketing or influencer platforms, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in common productivity and CRM tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience is also valued.
