About The Role

We are looking for a Client Solution BA Analyst to work at the intersection of Clients, Business Operations, and Engineering teams.

The role will focus on understanding client requirements, translating business needs into actionable solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

- Act as a key point of contact for clients and build robust working relationships.
- Understand client requirements, business challenges, and expectations.
- Manage client queries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions or escalations.

Solution Analysis &

- Implementation

- Analyze business and client challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Translate client/business requirements into clear requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Business Operations teams to design and implement solutions.
- Monitor implementation and support smooth client adoption.

Data Analysis &

- Reporting

- Analyze client and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate data into actionable business insights.

Process Improvement &





- Automation

- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows.
- Support automation and efficiency initiatives across client servicing and operations.
- Recommend process improvements based on client feedback and business requirements.

Product &

- Engineering Coordination

- Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to communicate business requirements and clarify specifications.
- Draft and finalize specifications with relevant stakeholder/HOD approval before development.
- Coordinate and participate in product testing/UAT before and after deployment.
- Maintain documentation of requirements, change requests, testing, and approvals.

Preferred Background

- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration/MBA, Business Operations, Engineering, Business Analytics, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience working with Engineering/Technology teams or managing cross-functional collaboration with Engineering teams is highly preferred.
- Experience in a client-facing, Business Analyst, Client Solutions, Product, Operations, or similar role would be advantageous.
- Strong proactive communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated career stability and ownership in previous roles.
