Role Description The Client Advisor role at NoBroker.com is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Client

Advisor will engage with property owners, tenants, and buyers to understand their requirements, provide guidance on suitable property options, and support them throughout the transaction process. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, explaining service offerings, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth, brokerage-free experience.

Advisor will work closely with internal teams to coordinate services such as rental agreements, home services, and other value-added offerings, while maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems. The position requires consistently meeting performance targets related to customer satisfaction, conversion, and service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to manage calls, messages, and in-person interactions professionally and clearly.
- Basic understanding of Insurance or willingness to learn, to explain relevant products and services where applicable.
- Proven ability to work with targets and metrics in a rapid-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, online platforms, and basic office software for data entry and follow-ups.
- Prior experience in real estate, financial services, or a similar advisory/customer support role is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai with a flexible schedule, including weekends or extended hours when required.
