Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Indore and combines responsibilities of Civil Project Coordinator and AutoCAD Engineer. The role involves preparing and updating detailed civil and structural drawings in AutoCAD, coordinating project documentation, and supporting design teams with accurate plans and layouts. The individual will assist in project scheduling, tracking progress, and communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure timelines, quality standards, and technical specifications are met.

Daily tasks include reviewing designs for compliance with project requirements, maintaining organized records of drawings and revisions, and collaborating with site teams to resolve design-related issues. The role also requires participation in project meetings, reporting on status and risks, and supporting continuous improvement in drafting and coordination processes.

Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting tools for civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles,



construction methods, and basic structural design.
- Experience in project coordination, including scheduling, documentation management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software for reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; relevant drafting or CAD certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in infrastructure, real estate, or construction projects in a similar role is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Indore and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
