Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineering Qualified role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Civil Engineering

Professional will support planning, design, and supervision of civil works for industrial projects, including foundations, structural components, drainage, and site development. The role includes preparing and reviewing technical drawings, calculations, BOQs, and specifications, and coordinating with internal teams, contractors,



and clients to ensure compliance with design standards and safety regulations. The individual will assist in site inspections, quality checks, and progress monitoring, documenting findings and reporting deviations for corrective action. Daily responsibilities also involve supporting project scheduling, measurement and verification of work done, and contributing to cost control and timely completion of assignments.

Qualifications

- Strong core technical foundation with skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking of timelines and deliverables.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with site teams, contractors, and clients, and for preparing clear technical reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with relevant design codes, construction standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work on industrial project sites, conduct field inspections, and adapt to changing site conditions.
- Experience with CAD tools and basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting is preferred.
- Prior exposure to industrial, infrastructure, or maintenance projects will be an advantage.
