We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer / Site Engineer with 0–1 year of experience. Freshers with a basic understanding of civil engineering concepts and proficiency in AutoCAD are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, assist with site execution, and coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth construction activities.
Preference will be given to candidates based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, read, and interpret civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in supervising day-to-day construction site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, supervisors, and project teams.
- Assist in monitoring construction quality and following site safety standards.
- Track project progress and report updates to the project manager.
- Assist with material planning, manpower coordination, and site management.
- Participate in site inspections and help resolve basic technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 0–1 year of experience in civil engineering or site execution; freshers are welcome.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, civil drawings, and site activities.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work at construction sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Criteria:
- Candidates residing in Hyderabad are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates with internship experience or practical site exposure will have an added advantage.
