Over the past two years, the company has delivered projects across racetracks, villa developments, farmland infrastructure, and large-scale real estate, consistently reducing cost, improving durability, and creating measurable environmental impact. Ecopath.earth focuses on engineering infrastructure for a low-carbon future.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Civil

Engineer will participate in end-to-end project execution, including site assessments, planning, and detailed civil engineering design for low-carbon road and external infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include preparing drawings and technical documentation, contributing to stormwater management solutions, coordinating with contractors and partners, and supporting quality assurance during construction. The role involves collaborating with design, materials,



and operations teams to optimize performance, reduce environmental impact, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

The Civil

Engineer will also help monitor project progress, address technical issues on-site, and provide input on continuous improvement of Ecopath.earth’s climate-focused infrastructure systems.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering, including applied Civil Engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Planning for roads, external works, and related infrastructure.
- Experience or knowledge in Stormwater Management and surface drainage solutions for built environments.
- Background as a Civil Engineer working on site-based projects, with exposure to construction workflows and project coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings; familiarity with design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar software).
- Understanding of sustainable or low-carbon construction practices; interest in climate-tech and innovative materials.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and spend time on active project locations as required.
