Role Description The Civil Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with project managers and site teams, overseeing construction activities, and supporting planning, estimation, and quality assurance. The role involves performing site inspections, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.





The Civil

Engineer will also contribute to stormwater management solutions and other infrastructure design needs as required.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering, including familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and design tools.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction or infrastructure projects, with the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Competence in project Planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to support timely and efficient project delivery.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and practices, including drainage design and related infrastructure solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proficiency with CAD and other civil design software tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work safely on active construction sites and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in structural or infrastructure projects in an urban setting is an advantage.
