Role Objective / Major Purpose of the Job

Direct, coordinate and develop all operational aspects in the group, involved in creation and delivery of the group's products and services, Contribute to the development of the corporate personnel, financial performance, and organization expansion policies in compliance with overall corporate objectives, strategies and plans. Responsible for overall P & L of the ISBU.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Jointly leading/working with the Regional Heads to chalk out a growth strategy and business plan for the company to meet its vision and goals

Building out a robust sales and business development strategy for the company

Nurturing the right partnerships and building the eco-system for the Global Business that enables greater visibility in the market and high-velocity lead flow.

Jointly conducting senior leadership meetings/discussions on key strategic matters.

Understanding the BU’s vision and building the sales and business development function that fully leverages the company’s existing business and planned rollouts in the future.

Build and execute creative strategies in line with the company’s vision to maximize penetration into the target markets.

Building and nurturing deep relationships with distributors/retailers/vendors/hospitals in line with the company’s growth strategy.

Analyze Challenging situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company’s survival and growth





Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits

Work closely with the Board of Directors to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return

Performs other decisions as necessary, such as reviewing reports, making presentations to investors and the board of directors, and examining how the company can cut expenses and increase revenue

Constantly provide feedback to Technology, Product Management, Sales & Marketing departments to drive future roadmap.

Keep the business relevant and ahead of the market by constantly interpreting customer, market and technology trends and providing feedback to the leadership team.

Responsible for Business growth via leading and strategizing M&A.; Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

Manage relationships with partners/vendors
