What You'll Own

1. Build Relationships & Drive Sales

- Personally engage with our HNI and international customers across India, the USA, UK, Dubai, and Singapore through WhatsApp, calls, and email.
- Help customers discover the right outfits, offer styling suggestions, and create personalised shopping experiences.
- Build lasting relationships by understanding their preferences, upcoming celebrations, and shopping needs.
- Proactively reconnect with customers for weddings, festivals, birthdays, and new collection launches.
- Turn meaningful conversations into sales, repeat purchases, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
- Take ownership of special requests, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience.

2. Think Marketing, Create Opportunities

- Turn everyday customer conversations into fresh marketing ideas and business opportunities.
- Develop personalised WhatsApp and email campaigns for different customer segments.
- Create initiatives to engage existing customers, reactivate past buyers, and increase repeat purchases.
- Identify opportunities for exclusive launches, VIP experiences, collaborations, and referral programmes.
- Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to bring ideas to life.

3. Influence Products & Collections

- Understand what customers are looking for, what's missing, and what they wish we offered.
- Identify current product opportunities, from sibling coordination and wedding collections to festive edits and new categories.
- Stay curious about fashion trends, customer preferences, and emerging shopping behaviours.
- Collaborate with our design and merchandising teams to develop products customers will love.
- Use customer feedback and sales insights to recommend improvements to existing collections.

4. Own the Outcome





- Track customer engagement, repeat purchases, sales opportunities, and revenue from key customer segments.
- Identify what works, what doesn't, and where we can do better.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure ideas move from discussion to execution.
- Take responsibility for delivering results, not just generating ideas.

Experience: Ideally 2 - 4 years in fashion, luxury, premium retail, D2C, e-commerce, brand marketing, client relationships, or business development.
