DeAge, a science-led longevity and healthy ageing brand, is seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its next phase of growth.

He will have complete P&L; ownership, with a strong focus on scaling two strategic business verticals:

1. DeAge TOTAL – Our Flagship Longevity Portfolio

DeAge TOTAL is our flagship, science-led healthy ageing formulation, combining RISE (morning) and RESTORE (evening), developed with clinically researched ingredients and have undergoing clinical trials The COO will drive its growth through:

D2C Business: Scale sales through DeAge’s own website, performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention and repeat purchases.

Doctor & Clinic Engagement: Build professional relationships with longevity physicians, preventive healthcare practitioners, wellness clinics and specialists to expand awareness and appropriate adoption of DeAge TOTAL.

Brand & Portfolio Development: Strengthen DeAge TOTAL’s market positioning and grow the existing longevity and nutritional wellness portfolio.

2. Peptides, GLP-1 & Specialty Healthcare A key responsibility will be developing DeAge’s emerging doctor- and clinic-focused peptide and specialty healthcare vertical.

Build and lead a dedicated medical sales team across major Indian metros.

Develop strong relationships with endocrinologists, diabetologists, obesity specialists, dermatologists, aesthetic physicians and longevity clinics.

Drive commercialization of appropriately approved peptide-based and specialty healthcare products through licensed partners and compliant medical channels.

Identify opportunities in metabolic health, weight management, regenerative and longevity-focused healthcare.

Develop strategic partnerships with specialty clinics, healthcare institutions and medical practitioners.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE





- 10–15 years of experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, GLP-1/metabolic therapies, nutraceuticals, medical aesthetics or consumer healthcare.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in Mounjaro (tirzepatide), semaglutide, GLP-1 therapies or physician-administered injectable products.
- Established relationships with endocrinologists, diabetologists, obesity specialists and specialty clinic networks.
- Proven ability to establish and scale doctor-focused medical sales teams.
- Demonstrated P&L; ownership and ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Robust understanding of D2C, digital marketing, customer acquisition and consumer healthcare brand building.
- Entrepreneurial leadership with the ability to build new business verticals and manage cross-functional operations.

Complete ownership of DeAge’s revenues, profitability and business performance.

Leadership of sales, digital marketing, medical channels, operations and new product development.

Expansion of DeAge TOTAL and the existing product portfolio.

Establishment and scaling of the specialty healthcare and peptide business.

Recruitment and development of high-performing teams.

Strategic planning, partnerships, regulatory coordination and execution.
