About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified CA to independently manage the company's complete finance and accounting operations, including taxation, statutory compliance, audits, financial reporting, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee payroll accounting, vendor payments, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash-flow forecasts.
- Coordinate audits and ensure timely regulatory filings.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
- Solid knowledge of Indian taxation and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Ability to independently manage the company's complete finance function.
