Role Description:

Executing engagements across various sectors - manufacturing, healthcare, Financial Services, IT & ITeS, Start-ups- including listed and unlisted entities

- Internal Audits
- Preparation of SOP's/process narratives and RCMs
- Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR)
- Management Audits and Process streamlining with special focus on cost reduction and revenue leakages
- Preparation and Review of Enterprise Risk management (ERM) framework
- Testing of controls under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)
