Role Description The Charge Poster Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily charge posting activities within the revenue cycle process. This role includes supervising a team of charge posters, assigning workloads, monitoring productivity and quality, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of charges into billing systems.

The Team

Lead will review and reconcile charges, identify and resolve discrepancies, support coding and AR teams with charge-related issues, and uphold compliance with payer and regulatory guidelines. The position also involves training new team members, creating or updating standard operating procedures, generating performance reports,



and collaborating with leadership to improve workflows and system utilization.

The Charge Poster Team

Lead is expected to maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous process optimization.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, including charge posting processes, billing workflows, and basic coding principles.
- Experience leading or supervising teams in healthcare operations, with skills in workload management, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency with healthcare billing software, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and Excel or similar tools for tracking and reporting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reconciliation, and documentation, with proven ability to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to coordinate with coding, AR, denials, and IT or automation teams.
- Familiarity with payer rules, compliance standards, and basic denial trends related to charging and billing.
- Ability to work in office in New Delhi and adapt to a fast-paced, process-driven environment with shifting priorities.
- Relevant educational background in healthcare administration, finance, accounting, or a related field; prior experience in medical billing or charge posting is strongly preferred.
