Function: Operations → Campus Operations, Student Experience, Facilities & Administration

We are looking for a hands-on, high-ownership Campus Operations & Student Experience Manager to oversee day-to-day campus and residential operations. You will work closely with students, faculty, leadership, vendors and internal teams to build a safe, efficient and engaging campus environment.

Core ResponsibilitiesCampus Operations & Administration

- Own day-to-day campus operations, including facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, security, food services and hostel coordination.
- Manage vendors and service providers, ensuring service quality, hygiene, safety, cost efficiency and SLA adherence.
- Develop and implement SOPs, checklists, operational processes and escalation mechanisms.
- Manage on-ground teams, allocate responsibilities and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor operational performance through trackers, MIS and dashboards.

Student Experience & Engagement
- Own the student experience across onboarding, engagement, welfare, feedback, concerns, discipline and grievance resolution.
- Coordinate with academic teams to ensure smooth program delivery, assessments and student support.
- Plan and execute orientations, workshops, events and community-building initiatives.
- Address student concerns proactively and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
- Build a supportive campus culture that encourages student participation, accountability and well-being.

Stakeholder & Operational Management
- Coordinate with Academic, Admissions, Career, Finance, HR and Leadership teams to ensure seamless campus functioning.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers,



faculty and other external stakeholders.
- Identify recurring operational challenges and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Support campus readiness, resource planning and operational scaling as the institution grows.
- Ensure adherence to campus safety, hygiene, security and service-quality standards.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in campus operations, student operations, residential operations, hospitality, education/EdTech or facilities management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong operations, vendor, stakeholder and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, coordination and execution abilities.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, MIS, trackers and operational dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and a student-first mindset.

Good to Have
- Experience managing a residential campus, hostel, student community or educational institution.
- Experience in an education startup, EdTech organization or high-growth environment.
- Exposure to new-campus setup, facilities management, vendor contracts or service-level agreements.
- Experience managing campus events, student engagement initiatives and operational teams.
- Familiarity with budgeting, capacity planning, safety procedures and process improvement.
