Role Description The Cafe Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon & Noida, responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. This role includes supervising food and beverage preparation, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and ensuring efficient food service throughout the day.

Executive will manage customer interactions, handle orders and billing, coordinate with kitchen and supply teams,



and support inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels. The role also involves monitoring staff performance on the floor, implementing standard operating procedures, and supporting promotional activities to increase footfall and sales.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in coffee and food preparation and food & beverage handling, with the ability to ensure consistent product quality.
- Experience in food service operations, including order management, table service, and coordination with kitchen staff.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices, with the ability to enforce compliance in daily operations.
- Excellent customer service skills, including handling enquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or retail food environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Gurgaon, including weekends and peak hours as required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills for POS and inventory systems.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality, hotel management, food & beverage, or a related field is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in Gourme Cafe or Coffee store.
