Role Description The CAD Designer (Jewellery brand) will create detailed digital designs and technical drawings for jewellery collections, translating creative concepts into production-ready files. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves working closely with designers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure designs meet aesthetic, technical, and manufacturing requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing 2D and 3D CAD models, preparing construction drawings,



refining designs based on feedback, and maintaining accurate design documentation.

The role also includes collaborating on new product development, optimizing designs for cost-effective production, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Design Engineering for jewellery products.
- Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Drawing for translating concepts into precise visual representations.
- Experience creating Construction Drawings and detailed specifications for manufacturing and prototyping.
- Knowledge of jewellery materials, manufacturing processes, and finishing techniques.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and ability to work with fine tolerances.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond constructively to design feedback.
- Prior experience as a CAD designer in the jewellery industry is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in jewellery design, mechanical design, or a related field.
