About the RoleOlambit Services is looking for an enthusiastic CA Article Trainee who wants to build a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, compliance, and modern financial operations.

You will work closely with experienced professionals and startup clients across diverse industries, gaining practical exposure to traditional CA firm assignments as well as emerging areas such as AI, automation, and global business advisory.

This is a hands-on role with ongoing work, diverse assignments, and continuous learning opportunities. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, comfortable with technology, and eager to take ownership of work.

Key Responsibilities &

• Learning Areas

- Accounting & • Bookkeeping:

Work on Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- GST & • Income Tax:

Assist with GST returns, reconciliations, income tax computations, ITR filings, and annual compliances.
- Startup Finance: Support startup clients with day-to-day accounting, financial operations, compliance, and MIS reporting.
- AI & • Automation:

Use AI tools to improve accounting workflows, automate repetitive tasks, conduct research, analyse data, and prepare professional deliverables.
- Global Accounting & • Taxation:





Gain exposure to international accounting and compliance assignments involving jurisdictions such as the US, UK, and Hong Kong.
- Advisory & • Business Structuring:

Assist with research and assignments involving business structuring, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Emerging Domains: Explore assignments relating to e-commerce, technology, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and other evolving business sectors.
- General CA Firm Assignments: Work on varied client requirements, documentation, reconciliations, research, compliance, and other professional assignments as required.

The role offers a mix of recurring compliance work and new assignments, ensuring continuous work, practical exposure, and opportunities to develop new skills. Eligibility & Skills

- CA Intermediate – both groups cleared.
- Basic understanding of accounting and taxation.
- Interest in technology, AI tools, and process automation.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work across different domains.
