? WE'RE HIRING: Business Support Analyst (Asset Management & RFP)

Are you an experienced Asset Management professional with a sharp eye for detail and strong expertise in driving RFPs? We are looking for a skilled Business Support Analyst (6+ years of experience) to join our team in supporting high-value Fintech and Asset Management operations across EMEA hours.

? Role Overview In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading the RFP (Request for Proposal) and consultant questionnaire response process. You will leverage your understanding of investment products, equities trading, and fixed-income instruments to produce, peer-review, and refine high-stakes client-facing documentation in a fast-paced environment.

? Key Responsibilities

- RFP & Questionnaire Management: Lead and execute the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and consultant questionnaires.
- Product Representation: Translate complex investment products, services, and market concepts (Equities, Fixed Income, Issuer Communications) into clear, professional client documentation.
- Quality Control & Peer Review: Conduct thorough proofreading and peer reviews on all client deliverables to ensure 100% accuracy in grammar, spelling, numerical data, and structural consistency.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams (working within FSD, Java, and Angular client environments) to gather precise information for large client requests.
- Deadline Execution:



Multi-task and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines while delivering work independently or collaboratively.

? Qualifications & Core Requirements

- Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in Asset Management or Fintech.
- RFP Expertise: Proven track record in handling RFPs, DDQs, and consultant questionnaires within the investment domain.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of investment management, equities trading, fixed income instruments, and issuer communications.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication & Precision: Exceptional written/oral communication and meticulous proofreading abilities.
- Education: BA/BS degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or Finance) or equivalent experience.
- Certifications (Preferred): NASD / FINRA licenses (Series 6 or 7 and 63 or 66) are a strong plus.
