Role Description As a Management Associate at payrentz, you will play a hands-on role in growing our Hyderabad business, with a focus on business development, partnerships, and city operations. From building relationships, partnerships to generating leads, converting opportunities, and coordinating daily deliveries and service operations, you will be involved in the end-to-end execution of the city’s growth.



This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, self-driven individual who enjoys fieldwork, takes ownership, and wants to learn how to build a business from the ground up, with close support from the central team and the prospect to grow into larger leadership roles as payrentz expands.

We are looking for an MBA or graduate with a preferred 2–3 years of work experience. However, freshers with the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn are equally welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in field sales, channel sales, broker management, community marketing, brand activation, or college/campus activation will be an added advantage. We seek someone who is confident, persuasive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and has a strong get-things-done mindset. The candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork and local travel, capable of building long-term partnerships, and willing to lead and coordinate field teams.

Strong organizational skills, discipline in daily scheduling, effective stock management, and timely completion of service requests are essential for success in this role.
