What you'll do

- Research multi-branch brands and build prospect and outreach lists
- Reach out to founders and operations heads on LinkedIn and WhatsApp
- Follow up on leads and book product demos




- Document customer feedback and share it with the product team
- Help create LinkedIn posts and short videos
- Keep simple weekly performance reports in a spreadsheet

You're a valuable fit if you
- Are studying or have recently finished a degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field (or have equivalent practical experience)
- Communicate clearly in English; Hindi is a plus
- Are comfortable messaging business owners and handling customer queries
- Have basic skills with spreadsheets or a CRM
- Can commit 4-5 hours a day
- Are curious about SaaS, digital marketing or startups; earlier internships in growth or operations are a plus
