Role Description The Business Development and Marketing Manager is a full time role based in Faridabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding the customer base in target industries. The manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, oversee digital and offline campaigns, and support brand positioning for custom returnable packaging solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, proposal development, pricing collaboration with internal teams, and tracking sales performance metrics.



The role also involves coordinating with production and design teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.

Qualifications

- Business development skills including lead generation, opportunity qualification, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Marketing skills covering campaign planning, digital marketing, content development, and brand positioning.
- Analytical and research abilities for market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and sales performance tracking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client meetings, proposals, and internal coordination.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, logistics, or related industrial sectors.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing on-site visits in Faridabad and remote tasks independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic digital marketing platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, production, and operations.
