Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced, self-driven Business Development Expert with a proven track record in custom software, mobile app, and web development sales.

The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle, from generating qualified leads to successfully closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Manage end-to-end sales: lead generation, client discovery, pitching, proposal discussions, negotiation, and closure.
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.




- Use established lead generation and sales automation tools effectively.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in software development services sales (mandatory).
- Proven ability to generate own leads and close deals independently.
- Solid understanding of custom web applications, mobile apps, and software development services.
- Hands-on experience with professional prospecting and sales tools, with an established tool stack and outreach strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
