Role Description The Business Development - Sales role at Gencosys is a full-time, on-site position based in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting lead generation activities, and managing the sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting company services, conducting market research to understand client needs, and following up on leads to close deals.

The position also requires maintaining strong customer relationships,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery, and preparing sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, conduct client meetings, and provide consistent support.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess opportunities, understand industry trends, and inform sales strategies.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and expand the customer base.
- Relevant experience in business development, IT sales, or B2B services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
