Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through calls, emails, networking, and online research, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients. The specialist will conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities, prepare proposals and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include nurturing client relationships,



providing timely responses to inquiries, tracking performance metrics, and supporting the development and execution of business growth strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to evaluate opportunities, trends, and competition.
