Role Description The Business Development Manager – Prefabrication Camp Site & Temporary Infrastructure is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in prefabricated camp sites, temporary infrastructure solutions, and related modular construction offerings. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and engaging potential clients, conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing proposals and commercial offers, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

The role also involves collaborating with engineering, project, and operations teams to align client requirements with technical capabilities,



supporting bid submissions, and participating in client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

The Business Development

Manager will maintain relationships with key stakeholders, monitor project performance from a commercial perspective, and provide regular reporting on sales targets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management within construction, infrastructure, modular buildings, or prefabrication domains.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence decisions and build long-term partnerships.
- Competence in market research, opportunity assessment, and strategic planning, including analyzing industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, project, and operations teams to translate client needs into feasible, cost-effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with prefabricated structures, camp site installations, temporary utilities, and modular infrastructure solutions is highly desirable.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment based in Delhi, India, with the willingness to travel to client locations, project sites, and industry events
