Are you experienced in winning clients, building business relationships, and driving revenue growth? Fuzia Talent is looking for a Business Development Manager who can identify new opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients through LinkedIn, cold emailing, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- Generate qualified leads and build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Pitch digital marketing, creative, and related agency services to prospective clients.
- Manage client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.




- Build long-term client relationships and achieve business development targets.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition.
- Prior experience working with a digital marketing, creative, advertising, or marketing agency.
- Exposure to international clients and markets is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close business opportunities.
