Our products include Near Delight POS, an all-in-one restaurant management platform, and Near Delight Food Carnival, an initiative designed to bring restaurants, food brands and consumers together through engaging food experiences.

We are looking for energetic, ambitious and people-oriented interns who want hands-on experience in business development, sales, field marketing, restaurant partnerships and event promotion.

Key Responsibilities1. Near Delight POS – Restaurant Business Development

- Visit restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens and food outlets to introduce Near Delight POS.
- Demonstrate how our platform helps restaurants manage billing, online and offline orders, inventory, reservations, customer loyalty and marketing.
- Identify prospective restaurant partners and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist with restaurant onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into customers.

2. Near Delight Food Carnival – Business Development & Partnerships

- Identify and approach restaurants, food brands, cafés and potential event partners.
- Promote participation in the Near Delight Food Carnival.
- Assist with vendor acquisition, sponsorship outreach and partnership development.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and promotional activities.
- Support on-ground marketing, event promotion and participant engagement.
- Assist in the Carnival event operations.

3. Reporting & Execution

- Maintain daily activity reports, lead databases and follow-up records.




- Work towards assigned targets for lead generation, onboarding and partnerships.
- Coordinate with the core team to execute sales and marketing initiatives.

Who Can Apply?
- Undergraduate students or final-year MBA students interested in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Entrepreneurship.
- Having own two wheeler.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in meeting and pitching to business owners.
- Willingness to travel locally across Bhubaneswar for field visits.
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented individuals.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, spreadsheets and digital tools.
- Candidates with prior sales, field marketing or event management experience will have an advantage.
