Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Sonipat. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and supporting revenue growth in railway infrastructure solutions. Daily responsibilities include researching potential customers, qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, and preparing proposals in coordination with technical and commercial teams.

The Business Development

Executive will manage key accounts, nurture long-term client relationships,



and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes regular market analysis, competitor tracking, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to align business development activities with overall company strategy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to handle client portfolios, negotiate contracts, and drive sustainable growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in industrial, engineering, or infrastructure sectors, preferably in railway or transportation solutions, is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to customer locations as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or diploma or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
