Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development / Freight Broker role is based in Noida and focuses on growing and managing freight brokerage operations. The role includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, sourcing and onboarding shippers and carriers, and negotiating competitive rates while ensuring profitable margins. Daily responsibilities involve coordinating load dispatch, tracking shipments, resolving service issues, and maintaining accurate records of bookings and contracts.





The role also requires building long-term client relationships, delivering responsive customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely, reliable freight movement.

Qualifications

- Solid freight brokerage and brokerage skills to source, negotiate, and manage freight opportunities.
- Experience in dispatching and coordinating loads with carriers to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery.
- Customer service and account management skills to build, maintain, and grow client relationships.
- Knowledge of domestic and international freight markets, modes, and pricing structures.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida with a results-driven, collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM, TMS, and other logistics or brokerage software tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
