Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing them through the sales pipeline. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Unconventionals’ marketing solutions in a clear, outcome-focused manner.

The Business Development

Executive will manage and grow client accounts, collaborate with strategy and creative teams to shape proposals, and maintain accurate records of activities and performance metrics in CRM tools. The role involves building long-term relationships, gathering feedback from clients, and contributing insights that help refine the company’s approach and offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion.




- Candidates should possess skills related to Business and Account Management, including understanding client objectives, negotiating terms, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Relevant experience in B2B marketing, consulting, or agency environments, with familiarity in outcome-focused or performance-driven marketing approaches.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, adapt to evolving client needs, and operate with a data-informed mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort using CRM and productivity tools, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
