Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily activities include researching target markets, reaching out to potential partners, conducting meetings and presentations, and managing a pipeline of opportunities.

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, prepare proposals, support contract discussions, and ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking performance against targets, and contributing ideas to expand the academy’s reach and impact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify, pursue, and convert opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, maintain retention, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including confident speaking, clear writing, and professional presentation abilities.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in education, training, or related service sectors, with a results-oriented and client-focused mindset.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
