Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective candidates through calls and convert qualified leads for our US Job Placement Bootcamp.
- Communicate program benefits, career opportunities, and value propositions effectively.
- Understand candidates' needs, address their questions and objections, and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate lead records, track interactions, and manage follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with screening and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate conversion process.
- Build positive relationships with prospective candidates and consistently work toward achieving enrollment targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in International Sales, B2C Sales, EdTech, Career Counselling, or US IT Recruitment.
- Strong relationship-building, objection-handling, and negotiation abilities.
- A high level of empathy, confidence, professionalism, and follow-up discipline.
- A target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Willingness to work onsite at our Lucknow office.
