Role Description The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company. This full-time, on-site position is based in the Mohali district and involves generating qualified leads, conducting client outreach, and building long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential markets, presenting service offerings, coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.

The BDE will also participate in negotiations, follow up on inquiries, and support the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Robust Business acumen, including understanding of digital marketing services and small business needs.
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Account Management to nurture client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in IT services or digital marketing sales is an advantage.
