Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and growing businesses.
- Outbound Sales: Reach out to decision-makers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Client Acquisition: Understand hiring challenges and pitch SyncUp's recruitment and hiring solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with founders, HR leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Revenue Generation: Work toward business development targets and contribute directly to company growth.
- Market Research: Identify current opportunities, understand customer requirements, and share market feedback with the founding team.
- End-to-End Sales:



Support the sales process from initial outreach and product demonstrations to negotiation and closure.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, customer acquisition, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in interacting with founders, business leaders, and HR professionals.
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to build relationships, handle objections, and follow up consistently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, spreadsheets, CRM tools, or sales outreach tools is a plus.
