Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for the company’s financial product design and development services.

The Business Development

Associate will conduct market research, analyze industry trends in BFSI and fintech, and help refine go-to-market strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering client presentations,



coordinating with internal design and product teams, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and outreach activities. The role also requires regular communication with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, schedule meetings, and nurture long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong presentation skills and experience creating and delivering skilled presentations.
- Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting activities, including outreach and pipeline management.
- Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze data to identify business opportunities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Interest or experience in the BFSI or fintech sector is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
