Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective learners through inbound and outbound calls.

Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses and training programs.

Explain course details, benefits, pricing, and career relevance.

Conduct sales counselling and guide prospects through the enrollment process.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Handle customer objections and convert qualified leads into enrollments.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.

Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

Build positive relationships with prospective learners.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.

Coordinate with Marketing, Operations,



and Customer Success teams when required.

Track daily calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Telesales.

Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude are welcome.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.

Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and other digital tools.

Prior experience in EdTech or education sales is an advantage.

Compensation will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
