The role focuses on generating business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and building strong relationships with startup founders, promoters, CXOs, and senior decision-makers across fundraising, mergers & acquisitions (M&A;), business valuation, and other investment banking solutions.

- Identify and approach potential clients, including founders, promoters, CXOs, and business leaders
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
- Develop new business opportunities across investment banking and financial advisory services
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable business solutions
- Build, maintain, and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal investment banking team
- Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships,



and drive business conversions
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to the company's growth
- Stay updated on market trends, fundraising activities, M&A; transactions, and the startup ecosystem

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

✔ 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Financial Services, or Investment Banking

✔ Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and prospecting

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

✔ Ability to engage confidently with founders, promoters, CXOs, and senior stakeholders

✔ A target-driven mindset with robust follow-up and conversion skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
