## Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–6 years of experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, counselling, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into enrolments and achieve business targets.

## Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Counsel students and working professionals on suitable courses and career opportunities.

Explain course details, fees, benefits, and placement assistance to prospective learners.

Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into admissions or enrolments.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.

Maintain lead details, follow-ups, and sales reports in the CRM.





Coordinate with the operations and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

## Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 1–6 years of experience in EdTech sales or business development.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and sales conversion.

Target-driven approach with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Tamil or other South Indian languages is an added advantage.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in selling online courses, professional certification programs, or educational training programs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
