We’re hiring a Business Analyst for a CRM and data modernization program for a US-based investment management client. You’ll be the link between business stakeholders and delivery teams across Dynamics 365 CRM, the customer book of record, master data management and Power BI reporting. You’ll own requirements clarity, functional documentation, acceptance criteria and UAT coordination, working with the project manager, architect and business data owners.

What you’ll do

- Run discovery workshops with sales, operations, technology and data stakeholders; document current processes, pain points and future-state workflows
- Turn business needs into prioritized requirements, process maps, user stories and measurable acceptance criteria
- Maintain the requirements backlog, decision log, dependencies and traceability through development, testing and sign-off
- Define Dynamics 365 CRM requirements: customer and contact management, advisor relationships, sales activities, workflows, permissions and legacy migration
- Document customer book of record requirements, source inventories, data definitions, mappings and reconciliation criteria with data engineers
- Define matching, survivorship, golden-record, stewardship and data quality requirements with business owners and the MDM engineer
- Specify Power BI report requirements: KPI calculations, filters,



access rules and reconciliation criteria
- Coordinate with CRM, Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, MDM and BI teams to close requirement gaps and validate end-to-end scenarios
- Prepare UAT scenarios and test cases; coordinate execution, defect triage, retesting and business acceptance evidence
- Assess scope changes with the project manager and maintain functional documentation, training materials and handover records

What you bring

- 5+ years of business analysis in enterprise CRM, data modernisation or analytics implementations
- Practical Dynamics 365 CRM functional knowledge, including documenting sales processes, customer data, workflows and migration requirements
- Data requirements experience: source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, MDM business rules and data quality acceptance criteria
- Ability to define reporting requirements and KPI logic; working SQL for data validation and familiarity with Power BI
- Solid workshop facilitation, user story writing, stakeholder management, traceability and UAT coordination

Nice to have: financial services or investment management experience, exposure to Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Profisee, Dataverse, Azure DevOps or Jira, Agile delivery, BA or Dynamics 365 certifications.

- Overlap with US Central business hours is required.
