We are building our distribution vertical for scale. Our hotels sell through wholesalers, bedbanks, corporate and crew channels, day-use platforms and niche marketplaces. Each channel has its own rate structure and its own contract. The same room night can carry six different net rates at the same time.

Somebody has to own those numbers and decide which channel makes money for which hotel. That is this role.

What you will do

Decide which hotels should sell on which channels, and at what rate, and show the working.

Own the net rate cards: markups, commissions, parity and rate audits across 300 hotels.

Find the hotels and channels that do not sell, and say why.





Build the data layer behind these decisions, from the first spreadsheet to the dashboard the team uses every day.

Prepare the numbers behind every commercial position before it goes to a partner.

You work directly with the Director of Distribution. Your analysis goes to US hotel owners and to global distribution partners.

Must have

2 to 4 years in pricing, revenue management or business analytics. Hotels, OTAs, travel marketplaces or consumer internet.

Correct and fast arithmetic. You can work out net rates, markups and commissions without help.

Strong Excel: pivot tables, lookups, weighted averages.

You check your own numbers before you share them.

You can work 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST, in office in Pune.

Good to have

SQL, Python, or a BI tool such as Metabase or Power BI.

Experience with hotel metrics: ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, BAR.

Experience building dashboards or automating reports.

Experience with US markets.
