Company Description India’s Future Investors (IFI) is India’s Money Entertainment Reality Show, where real-world financial scenarios meet high-pressure competition. Through immersive challenges, participants are tested on how they think, prioritize, and make decisions about money when time is limited and stakes are high. IFI combines money intelligence, human behavior, and entertainment to discover India’s “Money Rockstar.” The show invites viewers and participants across the country to not only watch but actively step into the game, compete, and showcase their financial decision-making skills.

IFI is driven by the belief that understanding money is not enough—making the right choices under pressure is what truly counts.

Role Description The Business Analyst will play a key role in translating show concepts and operational needs into clear, actionable business requirements. In this full-time, on-site role based in Noida, the Business Analyst will work closely with production, marketing, finance, and technology teams to analyze processes, identify improvements, and support data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, mapping and optimizing business processes, and developing insights from performance and audience data.

The role also involves preparing reports and presentations, supporting project planning,



and ensuring alignment between creative content, operational workflows, and strategic objectives.

The Business

Analyst will contribute to building efficient systems that support the show’s growth, audience engagement, and overall performance.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience in understanding, mapping, and improving business processes across multiple functions.
- Ability to define and manage business requirements for projects, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with goals.
- Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting complex information in a clear manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in media, entertainment, fintech, or consumer-focused businesses is beneficial.
- Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization tools) and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
