As a Business Analyst, you will work with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, document requirements, analyze data, and support the successful delivery of projects and process improvements.

Your responsibilities will include

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings and discussions to understand business needs and objectives.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional requirements.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in existing processes.
- Create business process diagrams, flowcharts, and workflow documentation.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards,



and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to clarify requirements.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
- Assist with project planning, prioritization, and requirement validation.
- Support user acceptance testing and verify that solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor project progress and communicate requirement changes.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research where required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, data analysis, or relevant projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with business requirement documents and functional specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of user stories, use cases, and process workflows.
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.
